Anyway, in theory if we assume that everything is made debatably of atomic combinations, we should, in theory, be able to break apart these combinations or ever synthesise them, and re-create them elsewhere, kind of like how we synthesise chemicals

I don't believe it either, that he succesfully built/designed some kind of teleportal device. But he was indeed a man of great capabilities, so maybe he was close for finding the answer IF he was looking into it at all
